About

This section of the website allows you to search for information, support and services which have been tagged as appropriate for children aged 5-11 years with special educational needs and/or disabilities and their families as well as practitioners who may work with them.

It includes details about education, health and social care services as well as things to do across the Wakefield district and, where appropriate, out of district or online.

Once you have had a look at the information on the website, if you know about a service or provider not on the Wakefield Local Offer but you feel it should be, please click on Joining the Local Offer. The more information we include about what the local area has to offer, the better the choice of services and support for families.
