Pacific & Gold Healthcare is established as a domiciliary care with the aim of providing quality personal care services to all service users who may have different care needs on either permanent or temporary basis in England. We specialise in the supply of support workers to the Social Services patients, Private Organisations and any other Service Users requiring personal care services within their own homes. Pacific and Gold Healthcare will ensure complete compliance with all the regulations set down in the Health and Social Care Act 2008. We are dedicated to delivering a service which is flexible, focussed and non-discriminatory while respecting each user’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, and the rights in making informed choice decisions. We are devoted to involve service users and carers in the provisions, management and development of services which will be monitored regularly as part of our quality assurance framework ensuring that the service runs in the best interests of all service users. In partnership with Local Authorities, Social Services and housing providers or directly with private individuals, we offer a range of services such as: PERSONAL CARE: Help with bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, eating and or oral hygiene. DOMICILIARY/HOME CARE: Food preparation, helping with housework e.g. cleaning, ironing, maintaining the garden etc. LIVE-IN-CARE: Twenty four hour care and companionship. SOCIAL CARE: Maintenance of personal social contact, assists in making appointments, payment of bills, shopping, letter writing and telephone calls and any other form of assistance as required by the service user. We currently run a confidence booster sessions during school holidays, but we are in the process of making these session weekly and more accessible for services.
