What is wellbeing?
"Mental wellbeing doesn't have one set meaning. We might use it to talk about how we feel, how well we're coping with daily life or what feels possible at the moment." - mind.org.uk
“Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind and spirit. The realisation that everything we do, think, feel and believe has an effect on our wellbeing” - Greg Anderson
The wellbeing of people with autism can be affected. This might be because they struggle to identify their emotions and this can lead to mental health difficulties, such as low self-esteem, anxiety and depression.
