All enquiries are triaged to check for safeguarding matters. We actively encourage contact via email where possible and appreciate your patience whilst awaiting a response.

Minimum Standards
The Minimum Standards for Information Advice and Support Services (IASS) are part of the Information Advice and Support Programme (IASP) These are the standards that Special Educational Needs and or Disabilities Information Advice Support Services (SENDIASS) must work to.
We use the term ‘advocacy’ in these standards, and we are using a definition of advocacy which we think accurately describes the work and role of IASS.
For more information on what advocacy means you can read the IASS definition of advocacy (opens PDF in new tab).
You can read more about IASS in Chapter 2 of the Special Educational Needs and or Disabilities Code of Practice.
