User feedback is very important to us and we value all your comments. We want Wakefield’s Local Offer to meet your needs and to do this we need your help.
Please continue to tell us about your experiences using the Local Offer website and our Offline Offer including our support services that are available in Wakefield. You can do this in a number of ways.

We are always collecting feedback throughout the year to help us improve Wakefield’s Local Offer. We gather your feedback from this site, engagement exercises and Listening events. All the feedback received is passed to the relevant service managers to respond.
As well as an annual report, from 2019, we will include your feedback on a regular, ongoing, basis so you can see the outcome of your comments sooner.
We are currently working on ways we can best show the ongoing feedback and whether it is better to include it the same way as we would for the annual report.
