User feedback is very important to us and we value all your comments. We want Wakefield’s Local Offer to meet your needs and to do this we need your help.

Please continue to tell us about your experiences using the Local Offer website and our Offline Offer including our support services that are available in Wakefield.  You can do this in a number of ways.

You can give feedback from any page on this site, please click on the feedback button at the bottom of the page or go to our feedback page. You can also email us at

We are always collecting feedback throughout the year to help us improve Wakefield’s Local Offer. We gather your feedback from this site, engagement exercises and Listening events. All the feedback received is passed to the relevant service managers to respond.

We also publish responses to your comments here in an annual report. From 2018, we will include your feedback in the latest report on a regular, ongoing, basis so you can see the outcome of your comments sooner.
